Gentle Yoga

This class follows the Iyengar yoga method of using props such as blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters to assist with alignment in standing and seated poses. With an emphasis on breath and gently finding the yoga poses within your body this class explores all the typical poses. Ideal for new students and those who want a slower paced class.
