Lojong Study Group

Mondays 10:30 -11:30am CT with Jodi Onsite & Online, Starting September 8th

Lojong, or "mind training", is a Buddhist practice that can help transform difficult experiences into the path of awakening. It involves working with short, powerful slogans that serve as reminders to help wake us up. These slogans guide us in navigating challenging situations and opening our hearts.  We'll start each session with a guided Tonglen (sending and taking) Practice for about 20 minutes. We'll then check in about the previous week's slogan and end by introducing the next slogan.
The very first and very last sessions will have a slightly different format. Some previous meditation experience is suggested, as this is an intermediate level practice.

It's totally ok to come just once or occasionally.

These sessions are offered on a donation basis.  You can donate HERE or in person at the WMC.

To get the Zoom link to join, you can register for the session you'd like to join via our calendar (click Register) or join our mailing list to get the weekly schedule with Zoom Links delivered straight to your email box.
