​Darcy has been teaching yoga for 15 years, studying with Tias and Surya Little at Prajna yoga, gaining her 200-RYT and continues working toward her 500-RYT. Darcy’s teaching invites you to come exactly as you are—whether you’re craving stillness, seeking strength, or just needing space to breathe. Each class is grounded in the belief that movement through asana, rest through nidra or savasana, and awareness are powerful tools for healing and reconnection to self and to community.
She blends curiosity, intention, and a sense playfulness into every session, weaving together breath, functional movement, nervous system support, and mindful strength. Her approach is accessible and down-to-earth, with lots of space to explore, modify, and truly feel into your own experience—no pressure, no perfection.

Expect a blend of subtle and strong, restorative and invigorating, practical and soulful. Props are our friends, and we use them often to support deeper rest, greater ease, and more effective movement. Whether you're brand new to yoga or have a seasoned practice, you'll find a welcoming space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and yourself.
