Mondays 8:30 - 10am with Jodi onsite & online 

​We'll flow through modified sequences from the traditional Ashtanga primary series (first and second series) set to music that'll make you want to move! 
You'll build strength, find flexibility, and focus flowing through sequences inspired by the heart of traditional ashtanga.  Modifications will be offered at every step of the way so whether you're brand new to ashtanga or have been practicing for years, you can find your flow and challenge yourself appropriately.
The music? It will enhance the practice rather than distract from it. The sequences? Time-tested ashtanga wisdom made approachable. The vibe? Come ready to sweat, stretch, and maybe groove a little too.
Open to everyone. Modifications available for all bodies and experience levels!
