Lunchtime Guided Meditation
Mondays 12:30 -1pm with Jodi sometimes online only and sometimes onsite & online (please check the calendar)
Each week Jodi will offer a 20-25 minute guided meditation. Meditations include but are not limited to Metta (Loving Kindness), Body Scan, Breath Awareness, Gratitude & Joy, Wheel of Awareness, Forgiveness & RAIN.
This is offered on a donation basis. You can donate HERE or in person at the WMC.
